A stay with room for improvement
The location was ideal, just a short walk from Canary Wharf. I appreciated the convenience of nearby shops and amenities that made exploring easy.
The shared bathroom was not adequately maintained, leading to a less than pleasant experience. Some aspects felt more like a hostel than an apartment accommodation.

The bed was comfy, but the bathroom cleanliness was pretty disappointing.

Great view from the room. Comfortable bed provided decent rest.
Access to the property felt confusing with a lack of clear signage. The room had holes in the wall, dirty floors, and thin curtains that let in intrusive light. A broken TV and insufficient bathroom facilities added to a less than pleasant experience.

The communal kitchen was super handy, and the room's balcony offered a stunning canal view.

Clean bedding, comfy pillows, spacious room made my stay quite pleasant. The location can't be beaten, just a stone's throw from Crossharbour DLR station. Easy access to Canary Wharf and local cafes added convenience. the shared bathroom cleanliness leaves room for improvement. The latch on the bathroom door was faulty, making me feel uneasy as a solo traveler, which was a downside. While the kitchen was a good size and equipped, the shared space often felt neglected and messy. Sound insulation wasn't great, so outside chatter disrupted sleep. Despite the negatives, the stay was enjoyable due to the room's comfort and the superb location.

The service was almost acceptable, but imagine expecting a welcome gift, and instead you get a duvet on the floor. the location is a disaster, no signage to find it. don’t even think about cleanliness. stains everywhere! i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, this place is a joke.

Great spot near everything!
Had a roomy bedroom with a comfy bed. The staff was friendly, especially the manager who helped us out with extra towels super fast. The kitchen was well-stocked, but no dining options right on-site. Just wish the shared bathrooms were a bit cleaner, didn't love that.
